В Украине станет проще погасить кредит в валюте!

Теперь должникам не нужно будет нести дополнительные расходы.

Национальный банк Украины упростил для банков процедуру оформления погашения физическими лицами валютных кредитов. Об этом говорится в постановлении Нацбанка №465 от 22 декабря 2011 года (регистрация в Минюсте 10 января 2012 года).

Документом вносятся изменения в Инструкцию об осуществлении кассовых операций банками в Украине.

В частности, упразднил норму, согласно которой погашение клиентом кредита в иностранной валюте наличной инвалютой банк должен был обязательно оформлять через текущий счет этого клиента.

Как объяснили в одном из коммерческих банков, открытие еще одного счета, среди прочего, - это дополнительные расходы для клиента. Теперь банк самостоятельно сможет выбирать схему погашения или через текущий счет клиента, или через транзитный счет.

Банки также должны будут доставлять конверты (пакеты) или мешочки с сомнительными банкнотами для исследования в их подлинности через службу инкассации или спецсвязью, а не через уполномоченное лицо банка.

Постановление №465 вступит в силу после того, как официально будет обнародовано.

Официальные курсы гривны к иностранным валютам, установленные Национальным банком Украины с 02.02.2011, составляют:

С начала месяца официальный курс USD/UAH подорожал на 0.02%.

С начала года официальный курс USD/UAH подешевел на 0.25%.

Как сообщалось ранее, максимальный курс USD/UAH, устанавливаемый НБУ, был зафиксирован 05.11.2009 и составил 8.0148.

Национальный банк считает причинами роста инфляции подорожание продтоваров, энергоносителей и резкое увеличение кредитования.

Об этом заявил заместитель председателя НБУ Александр Савченко.

"Причины роста инфляции в Украине - рост цен на продовольственные товары... Второй компонент - цены на энергоносители... Вклад банков в инфляцию также высокий, в прошлом году уровень кредитования населения вырос на 200%", - сказал он.

Савченко предположил, что темпы кредитования населения в нынешнем году несколько снизятся и соответствующий показатель роста к концу года составит около 50%.

Замглавы НБУ отметил, что Нацбанк уделяет существенное внимание вопросу контроля за инфляцией, и выразил надежду на замедление ее темпов.
